Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, except for Russia and a few regions with limited courier access.

Where Do You Ship From?
We have warehouses in New York, London, and Berlin.
We’ll ship your order from the nearest location that has it in stock, so you get it as quickly as possible.
When Will My order Ship?
Pre-orders ship within 60 days. In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Estimated delivery times:
- US & EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
You’ll get a delivery estimate at checkout and live tracking once your package ships.
Will I Be Charged Customs Duties or Taxes?
- For US and EU orders, taxes and import fees are included in your total — no extra charges at delivery.
- For other countries, duties may apply based on your location.
If applicable, these costs are already included at checkout, so you won’t pay anything extra when the order arrives.

For exchanges, the fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original and place a new order after your return is approved.

Does AURORA support voice assistant control?
At this time, AURORA does not support direct integration with voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Apple Siri.
However, we are actively exploring future integration possibilities and welcome your feedback to help us enhance the product.
